Membership

 
Annual membership is only $30 per member for Regular Members and $15 per member for Graduate/Post-Doc Students.
An eligible member will be a person, who fulfills all the criteria below –
  • Bachelor and/or Post-graduate degree(s) of the Dhaka University main campuses,
  • Was affiliated with one of the residential halls of Dhaka University,
  • Currently lives in the Greater Washington DC Metro area (DC, MD, VA).

M.Phil and/or Ph.D. graduates from Dhaka University are also eligible for membership even if they do not have any hall affiliation. A person fulfilling the above criteria may apply using the Application Form (either the Online version or the Word doc version – both links are provided below) along with a pdf/image copy of the Degree Certificate from Dhaka University (which can be attached to the online form) and pay the annual membership fee.

If any Member opts to pay by Check, then she/he may send a check payable to DUAFI.

  • Regular Membership Fee for One Year: $30
  • Regular Membership Fee for Two Years: $60
  • Graduate/Post-Doc Student Membership Fee for One Year: $15
  • Graduate/Post-Doc Student Membership Fee for Two Years: $30
